An exciting week
Where do I begin? First of all, I finished my re-read of Breaking Dawn on Sunday night (I stayed up VERY late on Saturday and Sunday night to finish it) and subsequently started re-reading the entire series from the first book (for those that don't know, it's Twilight) (now for the third time in roughly five months) on Monday night. Yes, I've taken to reading before bedtime. I gotta say, it's very calming.
Tuesday meant a maths test on Trigonometry. I still haven't got my test results back, but if my instinct is anything to go by, I reckon I got 100% :D. Wednesday meant no sport because I wasn't in a grand final, which meant I got to go home early. Upon turning on my computer, I get an offline message from Samie begging for my help to learn how to use torrents because Limewire stopped working for her. That took an hour and a half of my time :P.

Tuesday also yielded the first official release of the upcoming stable point release of XBMC Atlantis, which has been two years in the making. It's the final alpha build, with a beta build being released sometime in September. But the exciting thing about this release is that it was the first real release of XBMC for Windows, Mac and Linux. That's right, they've ported a piece of Xbox software to the PC and Mac. Naturally, I snapped it up as soon as I got home from school and started messing around with it. It's soooo awesome. Personally, I think it's going to revolutionise media on computers.
Thursday meant handing in a major English assignment, and revision for a Physics test on Friday (today). This morning came, and we had the Physics test (although only just over half the class were there :S). I did pretty well, but as usual with tests where I have a mental blank and struggle with something, I had the answer pointed out to me straight away after the test.
When I got home I had my final rehearsal with the piano accompaniment before my Violin exam tomorrow (it's at 1:30pm, wish me luck!!!). When I got home I started reading the Twilight Guy blog. It's about a guy who heard a lot about Twilight before he started reading it (exactly like me :P) and subsequently started reading it to see what all the fuss was about. He also started reading the series around the same time as me :P. I also started messing around my blog and my Google Reader, and you'll probably notice some new features pop up if you actually visit my blog instead of using the RSS feed :P.
Wow, that WAS a lot of writing. *makes a pact with self* I AM going to update more often :P. See you guys soon.

You reckon it's hard to teach someone to torrent? Try having to teach Diston.
I got that job.
No mention of the IT SAC? :-P
LOL
I must admit, it was made much easier by the fact that this person already had a LOT of technical know-how :P
Nah, I was gonna leave the IT SAC til the weekend or once we've actually handed it in so I can talk about it in it's entirety :P
...are you telling me *I* have technical know how????? wtf? ...ah well, it's soo much easier when you're guiding me through it anyways...
omg, my mom wants me to guide HER through using torrents....ahhh....>.> I'm not gonna do it. I'm gonna be super busy and forget. T_T
but really, thanks for helping with the whole hyperventilating-because-there-is-no-music-dl ing thing...
woah, waaay busy week ;P How was the trig test anyways? did you ever get that question solved? :S:S It's driving my brain insane, even if I forget what it is...:O and for that matter, the math summative q? :P:P
And Twilight saga for the...3rd time?? haha, that's more than I've reread...>.> which is strange. I haven't reread all of BD yet.
...and *begging*? it was more like...iunno...freaking totally outness :P and you were the first person I knew online (and prolly the only person I would ask) and umm..yeah, probably the only person who could teach me...
I think I've rambled for about an entire blog post, don't ya think? ;P comeee online, I'm boreeeed!!! <3
Ohh..and yes, write more. :) keeps me from being bored at times like these when there is no one on the planet who is home or awake..that I know of that I can talk to.
You have more then the average person, trust me :P. Imagine if I tried to teach April or Taryn how to use torrents :P
And why does your mum want to know? Why doesn't she just do it herself?
Yeah, I got the whole thing done and handed it in today :P I forgot to change some of the imperial units to metric though, so i'm probably gonna lose a mark there.
Oh, and i found out today finally that I got 40/45 on the trig test and 27/32 on the motion test in physics :P
and no, i haven't taken that maths problem of yours in yet :P
And yeah, I can't seem to pull myself away from the series. It's amazing.
